What is the Retractable Barrier Cassettes?

It is a metal or plastic case with a band inside. The steel body can be powder coated (e.g. black). There is a spring-loaded mechanism inside that rewinds the tape automatically. The tape pulled from the case is tensioned, its length is variable (the maximum length is indicated in the description). The cassette can be built into the barrier rod or used separately (e.g. fixed to the wall). The tape in the cassette can be attached to a bracket or bulkhead stand. A practical tool for quick passage closure.

Where are Retractable Barrier Cassettes used?

Most often barrier cassettes are used to block passages for visitors to prevent them from entering restricted areas or rooms. A great tool for shops, cinemas, stations, warehouses, corridors, concerts, party events, etc.

Other important information

When disassembling a cartridge or replacing a tape tip, always keep in mind that the tape is always under tension by the spring mechanism. If the tape is not anchored, it can twist inwards!
